Terms & Conditions

Bordallo BBQ provides on-site asado (BBQ) catering in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The service covers preparing the food selected in the confirmed booking menu.

Bookings are made through the website and are subject to date availability.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to secure availability.

A booking is confirmed once the corresponding payment is received.

Pricing is per person based on the chosen menu, multiplied by the number of guests.

Online payments are securely processed through ONVO (card or SINPE Móvil).

Displayed amounts include applicable taxes under Costa Rican law.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event: full refund.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before: refunds are subject to costs already incurred.

In case of rain or other contingencies, we coordinate to cook under cover where the space allows, or reschedule at no extra cost.

The customer must provide a suitable, safe space for preparation and the necessary access to the event location at the agreed date and time.

Bordallo BBQ is not liable for situations beyond its reasonable control. Any allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
